Everyone and no one can be a professional. Professionalism is an ongoing process. Ultimately, it comes down to standardizing a way of work, but I'm not interested in standards. I'm interested in Professionalism, Professionals, and converting them to Corporate. That's some Corporate Cowboy shit. Experts are people- I mean professionals too. They bear a greater burden than the average human, by reputation or acclaim. Treat them accordingly, with respect. Acknowledge and appreciate them. Aid the miserable ones or put them out of their misery, like a Professional ought to.
