Making friends with my fear monster aka Little Girl Carly aka my Inner Child is a necessary step to accessing my full potential. Realizing my fear belongs to my Inner Child, not Grown Ass Woman Carly has been super empowering all by itself. Last night for the first time I allowed my fear to alert me Little Girl Carly could use some TLC so that's what I did instead of my usual beating up on her. Also tossing in some Human Design elements since reading about my Open Identity Center was a big piece in understanding the fear Little Girl Carly is holding.
