In this episode I talk about Parts Work. Parts work is something that was introduced to me by my therapist, and has been instrumental in helping me work through my core wounds, and even surface wounds. I want to share that technique with you, along with pulling in the techniques we've learned so far throughout the show. In my usual way, I give examples from my own healing journey, so that you might learn from them, and apply that knowledge in your own journey. At the end I pull a few cards to get advice from your Inner Guides and Angels.
