Too often when we are navigating the emotional rollercoaster, or a challenging period of time in life we can feel misunderstood and isolated. I can recall this feeling in my own journey! That somehow my experience was invisible to others, that no one really understood.
Slowly I have realised that being understood starts with understanding others.
Which has had me thinking, can we understand others in a better way? Can we communicate in a better way so our feelings become a shared experience?
So this podcast is dedicated to both communication AND understanding others and their communication style.
In this podcast you will learn:
· Key steps to understand others and to feel understood
· How being understood starts with you
· The four basic communication and behaviour styles according to DISC profiling
· How to recognise each type and learn to speak their language so open communication is facilitated
This podcast shares simplified information based on DISC profiling. More information about DISC can be found from multiple online sources.
