Trouble getting to sleep? After many years of guiding women through a variety of relaxation and meditation practices on our retreats, it’s about time we have something online for you ladies to listen to, to help guide you toward sleep!

So here it is. A simple audio track to guide you through a progressive relaxation in preparation for bed. Enjoy!
