Welcome to the 2nd episode of the Podcast! I want to start off by sharing gratitude to folks that have reached out to me in messages, E-Mails, or in person to congratulate me on the show and especially to some close friends that have provided some feedback to help make this episode even better!
I have no doubt in my mind that everyone is doing the absolute best that they can but, as Maya Angelou says, “when we know better, we do better.” There is such a cost to not learning this skill of prioritization and ultimately we can unlock more potential by even just selecting to implement one of these tips that you will hear today. As always, it’s about finding what resonates with you and then figuring out how it applies into your individual life!
