Day 4: COURAGE: Goal Setting Workshop
Alex and I cover the STATE Triad:
1.Physiology
2.Focus/ Energy
3.Language
Then I guide you through a moment you recall (or perhaps create), where you remember being your most confident you, most courageous you - you may even have a name for this character that you can call upon.
We used the Soulful Sounds on Spotify for our meditation and @alexkotarba and I plugged into separate devices to play it while still being able to listen to the guided visualisation!
