Ingredients for Chicken:

1. Cut chicken breasts lengthwise, and widthwise if desired. Put chicken in glass dish or medium sized bowl.

2. Add olive oil, lemon juice, and seasonings, mix until combined.

3. Cover and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Ingredients for Bruschetta:

1. Chop tomato into tiny pieces, put in a bowl or glass container, if you're picky about smelly dishes like me!! :P

2. Add garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and seasonings. Stir, cover, and refrigerate until you're ready to use it!

3. When chicken is ready to start being cooked, heat up a pan on stovetop on low-medium heat. Place chicken in pan and cook (covered) for 10 minutes on each side or until thoroughly cooked.

4. When that's done, get out the bruschetta and cheese, baby! Move those chickens close together, and using a tablespoon, add bruschetta evenly on top of the chicken pieces, and sprinkle with mozzarella.

5. Cover and heat until the cheese is melted! Enjoy! Let me know how it goes if you try it!
