Do you ever find yourself saying "I should have......"? About any number of things you feel you didn't do that you needed to, or something you felt you didn't do well or on time, or something you said or didn't say. We all do that at times. Our past conditioning, beliefs, patterns all feed this "should syndrome". And then the cycle of self-recrimination, shame and guilt keeps going and none of it serves us to actually be motivated to achieve our goals or tasks. So the time has come to stop "shoulding" on yourself. Today's episode is a little peak into how I deal with this when I get caught up in it, how it happens and what to do to stop it.
