If we are resilient and bounce back quickly from trauma does that mean we have healed from the trauma? In this episode we will explore what being resilient really means and how it can just be one point in the journey of healing from trauma.
I get really raw, real and personal today talking about the big trauma in my life that shifted everything for me and how I dealt with that trauma.
I will also talk about the connection between our mind/thinking and our body when it comes to dealing with (or not) trauma and different ways that it can manifest in our bodies.
And I will give you a couple of my favourite "body letting go" strategies that can give you great relief on a regular basis.
