This week my guest Ashley Treavajo is highlighting a very important discussion about something that many women experience and sadly don't talk about enough. Many women are suffering alone and we hope that with today's open and raw discussion, they will realize they are not alone.

Ashley's story is one that may resonate with a lot of women - it certainly brought me back to my experience with post partum issues 38 years ago when I had my firstborn and felt so many of things we will be discussing.

Ashley is a busy mompreneur of two small kids and mortgage agent. Almost a year into her journey as a first time mother, Ashley felt as though she had an undiagnosed Post Partum Depression and Anxiety. Months into 2020 after her daughter was born, she took the leap into seeking help. Two high risk pregnancies later, coupled with fear, a few months of being on Zoloft, and the battles of parenting in a pandemic, Ashley has come to see the power of discussing the challenges and struggles moms face everywhere.

"A better me, physically and mentally, means the whole house is better" is Ashley's take away from her experiences.
