Highlights from this week were running a 5.2 mile run and increase my sprint training while swimming. Raced against my best friend and training partner Tori. Started of the Fall 2021 SONA MOVE Challenge well. Week 2 was even better then Week 1 in the SONA Move Challenge. Training camp is next weekend.
