In the fast world of modern communication, the lesson is to look beyond hysteria and exaggeration and to analyze the facts, the message behind the many and often contradictory, even false information.
Who said it? Were does it come from, and does the source have an ulterior motive? Does the information reduce my energy level or increase my vibrational energy? Does it really serve my higher purpose?
There is a lovely old story about the Greek philosopher Sokrates about running all information through three filters.
