In this episode I go over a few activities that can affect our gene expression, ergo why I even mentioned Biohacking. I am focusing mostly on meditation, and I will touch on a few interesting things about fasting. I am interested in anything that can improve my health or maintain a healthy body. Good health is the most important thing we take for granted; myself included. I have replaced a night's worth of sleep with meditation before, and in this episode I go into why I think that is. I am entering the realm at the edge of science; I am talking about things in this episode that we don't fully understand. We understand fasting more than we do sleep; and we all sleep more than we fast. Enjoy the episode.
