Continuing my streak of interviewing and then losing to my fellow fantasy football competitors I get to chat with the other 1/3 of my first off campus apartment in college, Mr. Erik Svensson. 13 years of fantasy football and he's the one that has to handle a league full of assholes like me. It was nice catching up with Erik and talking some fantasy shit talk (*spoiler* I lost MISERABLY), but more importantly it was great talking about cooking. Even after graduating Cortland my man Erik went back to school to become a Chef. It was a fun conversation so make yourself a sandwich or something because trust me, you're probably going to get hungry listening to this one.
