Description

Between some Jungian analysts and some verses in the Bible I got a different view of shame. 

I always say that shame is bad, and I'm not moving off of that. Some think shame is valid because it means a person is guilty of something, but that's not true. 

What if shame is the result of us missing, losing, or lacking something we need - namely enjoyment???
