Jack shares his personal experience with mobility issues and how it led him to focus on mobility training. Jack explains his approach to assessing and addressing mobility issues through a comprehensive assessment and tailored mobility training programs. Jack discusses the importance of wearing minimalist shoes and being barefoot as much as possible to improve foot health and prevent discomfort. He emphasizes the need to switch to footwear that is conducive to the shape of the foot and recommends wearing toe spacers and doing foot strengthening exercises. Jack also shares his own experience of recovering from foot injuries and the importance of addressing imbalances in the body. In terms of treating soft tissue injuries, he suggests gradually reintroducing movement, addressing joint position, working on soft tissue quality and balance, and re-stabilizing and strengthening the affected area. Jack's goal is to continue helping as many people as possible and expand his business to include in-person coaching and live clinics. In the next five to ten years, he hopes to see his business grow and have a greater reach.
