Do you ever notice how most radio station websites and apps are unusable? There's something called User Experience Design and User Interface Design (UX / UI Design) that would help with this. I was excited to learn that Ray has taken this route while doing radio on the side. More radio people should be the ones behind fixing these awful platforms.
