Morecambe Bay is known internationally as a haven for birds.
But did you know work is now underway to make the area even more attractive to an even wider range of wildlife? Prisoners at Haverigg near Millom are among over 200 volunteers doing their bit to help. It's all part of a project called Back on our Map - or BOOM - which aims to bring far reaching benefits, not just for wildlife in Morecambe Bay.
