In this episode of ATP I sit down with Josh Bond and talk about the influence PRI has had on his unique style of training and how he blends non-manual breathing techniques into his clients' strength programs to help them rid low back pain, knee pain and remain pain-free as they continue to build strength. We also talk about the ever-changing online world of training clients professionally. Josh has constructed a diverse following of clientele through private facebook groups, marketing himself through social media and creating a well-developed website with tons of free content.
