Episode 12! Today on the podcast we have Mitch Aguiar. Mitch is a 10 year Navy SEAL Veteran, entrepreneur, speaker, painter and Professional Mixed Martial Arts Fighter who’s nickname is the “Smashin’ Frog.” Mitch learned from an early age that a lot of things in life are hard, so he decided to set hard goals for himself to instill his confidence. Mitch graduated from BUDs Class 273 in 2008 and deployed with SEAL Team 10 to Afghanistan in 2011, and also worked as a multi purpose Dog Handler for year.
