Jesus didn’t come to establish religion—He came to invite us into a relationship. In John 2, we see Jesus flipping tables, confronting the barriers that keep people from truly knowing God. Legalism, hypocrisy, exclusivity—anything that makes worship harder instead of drawing people closer—Jesus calls us to remove them from our hearts. And in the story of Nicodemus, we see a journey from questioning to belief, a reminder that transformation is a process. Are we letting Jesus flip the tables in our lives?
