The title is a joke btw. Sorry this is a day late MY REMINDER DIDN'T GO OFF. This episode is apart of our mental health series. In this episode, Celine and I tackle the importance of talking about mental illness. Todays episode is about anxiety and OCD and the daily struggles of experiencing it. Celine has actually dealt and has been diagnosed with these illnesses, so she gives personal tips and shared her experiences in hope to educate and make other struggling with the same things feel supported. We also talk about common feelings, symptoms, how it consumes you, how many kids have it, stigmas around these mental health conditions and how you can get help, as well as how others who don't experience mental illness can help those who do. Enjoy, and feel free to let us know if you have anything you'd like to hear from us or privately talk to us about!
