Jim and I talk about his 40 plus years in radio and his journey from his childhood in the small farming community of Bellflower Missouri through Kansas City and eventually to a 23-year stint on the air in San Bernardino California on KATJ “Kat Country” .
Jimmer’s story is also one of doing stand up comedy , movies, TV and the changes in radio and the challenges of living life despite a cancer scare.
Jimmer talks of working with some of the greats in country music , Roy Clark, Reba McEntire, Whispering Bill Anderson , Willie Nelson, and Johnny Cash.
