We have to gain the perspective of God for His people, so that we can love others into His kingdom. Without God many people are miserable, and it's impossible to love others when we are miserable ourselves. Another obstacle for many in America is that we feel entitled to have more material wealth, so we seek things or blessings rather than the One Who blesses.
