In our study of Ruth, we come to chapter 2. Naomi has now returned to her home land out of Midian. Ruth, being a faithful friend allows Naomi to rest and enjoy her elder state-hood. Ruth sets her hands to work and support her mother-in law. She finds herself by the mighty hand of God in the field of Boaz. Boaz being a kinsman redeemer, meaning the one who would save and cover her family.. we examine the redeeming work of God in this chapter!
