A brief overview:
Follicular phase - Strength training
Ovulation phase - HIIT workouts or higher intensity in general
Luteal phase - Lower intensity workouts
Menstrual phase - Taking it down a notch, maybe just a walk the first couple days and then possibly introducing low intensity workouts if you’re feeling up to it
