In today’s episode, we talk about working out during your cycle - and ways to listen to the needs of your body during each phase.

A brief overview:

Follicular phase - Strength training

Ovulation phase - HIIT workouts or higher intensity in general

Luteal phase - Lower intensity workouts

Menstrual phase - Taking it down a notch, maybe just a walk the first couple days and then possibly introducing low intensity workouts if you’re feeling up to it
