Description

Heyd and Erin explore the "seminal" film Somewhere in Time, a romantic sci-fi that delves into the concept of time travel, leading the protagonist down a rabbit hole to find true love. Erin used this movie as a catalyst for an exhibition, whereby she was able to confront feelings of loss and eventual acceptance through sculptures such as Lover's Picnic.

Tangents include: the Bechdel test, Black Mirror, The Bachelorette, artist and critic Darren Jones' "love" of Thomas Kinkade, rom-coms
