Description

Socio-politics in the U.S. are more polarized and toxic than ever, which has spawned even more flagrant and abundant acts of violence and hate against target groups and other traditionally marginalized populations. At the core of sociocultural hate is the capacity to think of and treat humans as if they are objects rather than as holistic, subjective human beings. In this podcast, four psychologists discuss sociocultural hate and how to process and navigate these experiences first hand and as an ally to others. Positive mental health and fostering humanity hinges on our ability to be responsive to the realities of our current cultural climate.
