Every day across the country many people experience a foggy brain, a sluggish brain, and poor short-term memory. The immediate concern is whether the symptoms they are experiencing are a result of early Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia.  The immediate answer is, there are many things that can contribute to a sluggish or foggy brain. One little-known fact is our prescription medication and over-the-counter medications may be a culprit to our poor cognitive status.
