The GORUCK Games are a one-of-a-kind competition of grit held each year at Sandlot Jax in Jacksonville, Florida. Designed to challenge the top athletes and champions from across the worlds of obstacle course racing and competitive fitness (CrossFit/Rogue/Hyrox), the GORUCK Games incorporate components of rucking, grappling, obstacle racing, strength training, and special forces training to push competitors to their limits and beyond. In addition to breaking down the games, we discuss training mindset and get the scoop on GORUCK's new specialized training programs!
