How many times do we think something nice about someone but don't say it? I know I do it all the time. But if we step out of our comfort zone and open out mouth and let that compliment come out, think of how we could improve someone's day! Giving a compliment is not as hard as receiving one but if the person isn't receptive to it, it can be uncomfortable. Let's challenge ourselves this week to say something nice when it comes to mind instead of holding it in. On the flip side, let's be open to receiving the compliment when it is given. Let's learn how to say, "Thank you. I appreciate that," and not minimize it because it makes us feel uncomfortable.
