Description

Today I am talking about holding grudges and what that can do to a person. It isn't good. I think we all know that. But we all tend hold on to the past and not forgive those who've hurt us. Not forgiving those who have wronged us is really only hurting ourselves and causing us pain. Instead, we can learn, grow and determine to change based on the lessons we learn from those experiences. Let's determine today to stop holding grudges toward others and forgive, let go of the past and step forward into a better tomorrow.
