I don't know about you but I tend to create conversations in my mind about what other people are thinking, saying and doing. In reality, none of those thoughts are based in truth. They are my own assumptions about people or situations that may or may not be reality. And really, what others are saying, thinking and doing are none of my business. That isn't my side of the road. I have my own stuff to work on and my own thoughts to manage. I have no business trying to manage any of that for others. So the next time you find your mind spiraling and making assumptions about others, tell yourself out loud, "STOP!" Stay on your side of the road. It is plenty busy!
