Many people have had the idea for a craft brewery or to open a bar, but Tim gives us the reality of how Broken Bat Brewing Co. opened in a longer time frame than originally planned. We also talk about how the brewery survived the lockdown portion of the pandemic, Tim developing the plans for his brewery at his previous day jobs, and a special collaboration that is in the works.
