Description

I had a weird week. I felt ways i knew was different. Last night I examined my feelings and I taught, I figured it out. The closest I came to what was happening to me is that, I am in a rut. That is what I taught. I then went searching as to how I can make sure. I went on a few website. I landed on Psychology today. They had a checklist to help you self diagnose if you are in a rut.  I went through them. Low and behold, I concluded that yes, I am in a rut. We all hve feelings.  They are not always ging to be happy feelings. in order to stay healthy, It is important to reconize and respond to our body and mind.
