Pain-free training is the ultimate goal of every single person who walks through the door of any gym, PWR or otherwise. If someone experiences pain, ideally that person looks to their coaches FIRST for help to eliminate that pain point. Too often, many people will experience pain in an area, seek medical attention, are told to stop training, and never get better. PWR wants to change this narrative and bridge the gap between fitness & healthcare by being a place to SOLVE many of the problems people face when training (i.e. pain).
