If you've ever tried a group fitness class, chances are you were able to jump right in via some sort of introductory offer. Depending on your experience, you may have left your first class feeling empowered or defeated. At PWR, we used to follow this approach, but realized that our members needed MORE. More guidance, more knowledge, more individualized attention. As a result, we've implemented a different approach to our new member experience. We want our members to enter a group class feeling confident AND competent in their abilities to perform exercises in a group setting.
