Sam joined us at PWR as Coach Jen's very first 1:1 client in September 2022, and has successfully transitioned from needing strictly individualized programming, to being confident in a group class setting! She shares her story and journey with her training, including:

• What frustrations she was having before seeking PWR's help, and what it was like having that constant frustration
• How her experience at PWR was different
• The moment she knew she made the right decision for herself and her health
• What it's like now since her frustration has been alleviated and freedoms have been realized
