Brenda Sanders is a NeuroSomatic Anxiety Coach who has lived experience in overcoming 30 years of anxiety.

Along her journey she discovered the latest in neuroscience that supports anxiety recovery and now it's her passion to end their struggle with anxiety.

Brenda is now trained in cutting-edge neuro somatic modalities.

She uses brain science and body-based practices to help women like you recover from anxiety.

First she helps you to restore a felt sense of safety in your body and then she helps you to rewire and reprogram worrisome thoughts which neutralizes these thoughts so that they no longer trigger anxiety.

She uses movement as medicine to release stored trauma in the body and to heal the nervous system which primes your mind and your body for lasting anxiety recovery.

She is the founder and creator of Mood BOOST Yoga and she coaches women both privately and in small groups.
