This is the last episode of season one. In this season, I guided you in beginning a meditation practice starting with two minutes in the first episode. Now we are at twenty minutes. I think this is a good amount of time to practice for people new to meditation. I give you suggestions on how to do it in the morning or evening. I will begin the next season on June 6th.
