We all have implicit biases. Are you willing to inquire about them and change them? Are you even aware of how they effect your life? This episode I begin exploring the biases we have through my lens as a teacher. I encourage parents to find their biases and work through them so they can be conscious parents. Children need to be in nurturing environments at home and at school. Let us all work towards that effort.
