There are many benefits to starting a meditation practice. Here I will share my thoughts on how it helps in the areas of your physical, mental, social, emotional, and spiritual well being. You will be meditating for fourteen minutes in this episode. The meditation has many different tools you can use during your meditation to help you ground yourself. We start off with a body scan. Then a focusing tool with counting your breaths. Next, a loving kindness practice to help release any emotions of forgiveness towards yourself or others. Finally, you listen to a bell and notice the sound until the very end. Today's reflection question is, Do you see the benefits of meditation?
