In episode 4 I talked about how to get your health and nutrition back on track, or kick off some new healthy habits.  In this episode I take it a step further with talking about treats and food guilt.  Cause, what's the point of having that delicious treat if you're beating yourself up the entire time and taking all the joy out of it?  I also talk about what tools to use to see if you actually really want the treat, and when to cut back.
