Hubs says: they’re toxic. 😄. Okay I'll tell you off the bat, Britney does not have a lot to do with fear, but I start the podcast off with a story about MY fears, and she happens to be in it. (When you listen, it will all make sense. ☺️)
In this episode you'll hear about how to feel the fear and do it anyway, we do a little bit of goal setting, and how little steps towards your goals can get you some momentum to where you want to be!
This episode is so good if you have big dreams, or goals, and you (for whatever reason) haven't started on a path towards them yet.
