Moonwalking with Einstein is Joshua Foer's New York best seller for a reason. In about than 300 pages, Foer tells you how to better your memory, how to improve your brains health and what he did to go from a 22 -year old freelance journalist, to a USA Memory Champion in one-year. A book that's filled with fascinating information about the human brain and what we perceive to be its limits, versus what its limits actually are.
