Each year on the 11th November on the 11th hour, we pause and stay silent to remember those who died in World War I, and commemorate those who fought on the battlefields. The poppy flower is a known symbol for this day, as poppies would grow on the battlefield at the time. 🥀
Poetry helps children’s brain development and memory. It also encourages children to play with words such as rhyming skills, reading and writing.
