You are not responsible for anyone but yourself so stop apologizing for being you. Flip the script and instead of feeling guilty and apologizing, acknowledge you are human and own it. And, stop apologizing to others for what they are going through, instead ask what you can do to help and thereby acknowledge what they are going through.
