Description

Paige walks us through her journey as a Western Tiger Mom, trying to find her way while rearing two daughters educated in Singapore’s local school system. From her personal experiences with her career-driven parents to applying her own parenting style with daughters Bee and Hilton, Paige shares her ups and downs of motherhood.

It’s not all bad as Paige shares heartwarming stories, though a few distressing ones to keep it real, including a weeklong dispute with Hilton over studying at Columbia University – and  the reality of making hard decisions as a parent.

Paige also gives thoughts on how to rear children to be independent and self-reliant, but also open-minded enough to ask for help. She talks of balancing parenthood with personal commitments while encouraging her daughters to build their own directions, paths and stories.
