There was orderliness in the Programme of God. God is not an author of confusion but of peace. Believers and ministers are not meant to struggle for dominance and offices where they are called to. Don't let another take over your responsibility whilst you are busy giving excuses. Be strong in the grace that is in Jesus. Don't let unrighteousness take you out of grace. Don't give place to the devil to frustrate, report and accuse you before God. He is a sleepless, restless and toothless lion on rampage, to derail negligent and careless believers. You must be understand your mission very well, to be profitable. Your call is to spiritual and not political service.
